Exercise Ball Crunch

#2. Rest on your elbows, and contract the abdominal muscles. Then, slowly lift up your body until it’s parallel to the floor.

#3. Keep your back straight, and hold for a moment.

The Russian Twist
#1. Grab a dumbbell or weight plate, and sit on the floor with knees bent. Next, lean your body backward so that your upper body is 45 degrees in relation to your thighs.


#2. Extend your arms and twist your torso to the left.

#3. Then, rotate your torso to the right.

#4. Repeat step #2-3 for 8-12 times.

#1. Contrary to popular belief, the abs workout is not the only way to reduce belly fat. Now, I am not saying that abs workout doesn’t work. When done properly, it can help to build strength and endurance of abdominal muscles. But, if you want to get six back abs, you must first reduce overall body fat.
